Customer Service Agreement

  1. ✅ By checking the box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below. This digital acceptance is recognized as a valid agreement under Indian law.
  2. Purpose of This Agreement
    • Consultation Only – Guidance on documentation/legal matters
    • Full Service Order – Where Doczee handles the complete process on your behalf
  3. Consultation Fee Structure (if applicable)
    • Up to 15 minutes – ₹300
    • 16 to 30 minutes – ₹500
    • 31 to 60 minutes – ₹1000
    • Expert Consultation – As per complexity & time

    🔒 Consultation fees are non-refundable and exclude documentation or follow-ups.

  4. Full Service Terms
    • Government fees (if any) are separate from Doczee service charges.
    • Doczee is not liable for delays, procedural changes, or application rejections from departments or offices.
    • No illegal or unofficial payments will be made.
    • Doorstep services (pickup, submission, delivery) incur additional charges.
  5. Limited Support for Application Fee-Only Customers

    If you pay only the government/application fee:

    • Doczee will not provide status tracking, rejection handling, or support.
    • Additional charges apply for re-application, follow-up, or corrections.
  6. Authorizations

    You authorize Doczee staff, executives, and associates to:

    • Represent you in visits to departments or offices and related documentation
    • Submit, collect, and follow up on your behalf

    🧾 Travel or visit-based services may be charged separately.

  7. Scope of Payment
    • Application/government fee (if applicable)
    • Documentation preparation and compliance review
    • Portal filings, procedural updates, and tracking
    • Dedicated support for follow-ups and visits to departments or offices
    • Customer service, consultation, and communication support
    • Admin coordination, document pickup/delivery, and logistics
    • Dedicated executive time for manual field work
  8. Service Completion & Expiry
    • Doczee’s responsibility is limited to the agreed scope of service.
    • Timelines depend on external departments or offices and may vary.
    • Any new requirements or extended services beyond the original scope will require a new quote and separate approval.
  9. Dispute Resolution
    • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
    • No cancellations or refunds are allowed once service begins.
    • Refunds (if any) are granted only in rare cases, at Doczee’s sole discretion.
    • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete documents. Doczee is not liable for delays or rejection due to errors from your side.
  10. Data Use & Privacy
    • Your data will only be used for service delivery and communication.
    • It will not be shared or sold to any third parties, except when required for legal or governmental purposes.
  11. Service Pricing, Estimates & Clarifications
    • Fixed Price – Full fee shown upfront
    • Starting From – Base fee shown; final cost varies post-assessment
    • Request Estimate – Final quote shared only after callback or consultation
    • Some services require review of documents or case details before pricing. Charges shown on the website may represent minimum fees only. Additional services may be quoted separately.
  12. Service Charges vs Government Fees
    • Many services involve no or minimal government fees, but require significant professional, operational, and compliance work.
    • Displayed prices reflect Doczee’s expertise, effort, and execution, not just fees charged by external agencies.
    • Customers acknowledge that service charges may apply even when no official government fee is involved.
  13. Legal Protection on Pricing Disputes
    • Customers agree that Doczee charges are based on work delivered—not just documentation or filing.
    • Legal threats or defamation related to misunderstanding of service charges may lead to legal response.
    • Customers should request clarification before proceeding with payment, if unsure about scope or pricing.
  14. Dedicated Executive Support & Field Work (If applicable)
    • For services such as Property Services, Vehicle/RTO Services, NOC, Legal Clearances, Registration/Licenses, etc., Doczee may assign a dedicated executive to physically represent you on your behalf. This may include travelling to departments or offices, submitting documents, collecting signatures, coordinating payments, or meeting officials.
    • If the customer is present and requires assistance or guidance during these processes, Doczee will also provide a dedicated executive to support and guide you accordingly.
    • In many cases, this requires an entire workday of a field employee—which directly impacts our operations and is factored into the service fee.
    • Customers acknowledge that this personalized handling and commitment justifies the pricing for such services.
