Validity & Renewals:
- Membership/Subscription is valid for the duration of the plan selected by the customer.
- Renewals are subject to applicable fees and service usage terms.
Cancellation Policy:
Membership may be cancelled by the customer at any time via a written or email request. However, no refunds will be issued.
Doczee Membership — Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Validity
Membership validity is based on the selected tier — Basic, Silver, Gold: 3 Years; Platinum: 5 Years; Diamond (VVIP): 10 Years — and starts from the date of successful payment confirmation and registration in DocZee’s official system.
2. Renewal Policy
Members can renew their membership within 60 days prior to the expiry date to continue enjoying uninterrupted benefits. Renewal fees and applicable taxes will be charged as per the membership plan active at the time of renewal. Renewal may include updated features, revised benefits, or service modifications as per company policy.
3. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
Memberships are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances. Membership benefits are limited to the registered member (individual, family, or business) and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party.
4. Family / Business Membership Usage
Family or Business memberships are applicable to one family group or one registered business entity only. The membership cannot be extended to multiple unrelated individuals or separate organizations. All members under the same plan must be declared at the time of registration.
5. Generational / Ownership Clause
Each membership is valid for one generation (one family line or single business ownership) only. In case of transfer of ownership (e.g., business sale, family succession), a new membership registration is required.
6. Taxes & Charges
All membership fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST and others) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Additional service charges may apply for specialized or on-demand expert consultations, extended hours, or premium add-on services.
7. Doorstep Services & Coverage
Doorstep documentation pickup and delivery services are available within a 5 km radius of DocZee’s associate offices or service locations. Service availability may vary depending on operational areas and regional associates.
8. Expert / Professional Consultations
Free consultation sessions (15 minutes each per sector) are provided for the first year only as per the membership tier. Extended or repeat consultations beyond the free limit will be charged at discounted member rates.
9. Networking Events & Camps
Entry to offline/online documentation camps and networking meet-ups is subject to prior registration and event capacity. Tier-based access applies (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) according to membership type.
10. Doczee Drive & Data Privacy
All members receive access to Doczee Drive, an encrypted document storage and reminder system. Members are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality. Doczee Infotech is committed to data security and follows privacy guidelines for document protection.
11. Membership Upgrades
Members may upgrade to a higher-tier plan anytime during the validity period by paying the difference in membership fees (plus applicable taxes). Upgrades take effect within 7 working days after confirmation.
12. Company Rights
DocZee Infotech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or revise membership features, pricing, and terms as deemed necessary. Any updates will be communicated through official DocZee channels (email, website, or SMS).
13. Governing Law
All memberships and related services are governed by the laws of India. In case of disputes, jurisdiction shall be Bengaluru city.
Additional Terms & Notes
- Membership Fee Policy: All Doczee Infotech membership amounts are non-refundable once paid. However, members may cancel within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided no services or benefits have been availed during that time.
- Renewal Flexibility: Members may renew or upgrade their membership upon expiry or before, based on the company’s current plans and benefits at the time of renewal.
