Eligibility

• Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria of Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY or the applicable state health scheme.
• General PM-JAY eligibility is based on the prescribed beneficiary criteria and official records.
• Eligibility may depend on household category, state-specific rules and existing beneficiary records.
• Senior citizens aged 70 years and above may qualify under the applicable senior citizen provisions, irrespective of income, subject to scheme rules.
• Applicants must provide the required identity details and complete verification, including Aadhaar-based e-KYC where applicable.
