Eligibility:

  • Minimum age 18 years and maximum 55 years.

  • Must be a permanent resident of Karnataka.

  • Annual family income should not exceed ₹40,000 in rural areas and ₹55,000 in urban areas.

  • Belong to specific Scheduled Castes (SCs) such as Chamar, Madiga, Mochi, etc.

  • At least 10 female artisans must form a self-help group (SHG).

  • Applicant or any family member should not be employed with the Central or State Government or any Government PSU.

  • Should not have availed benefits under any other KMDCL scheme in the last 5 years, except the Arivu Education Loan Scheme.
