Eligibility

• One eligible individual as the sole member and at least one director.
• The member must be a natural person who is an Indian citizen, whether resident in India or otherwise.
• A nominee must be appointed with the required written consent.
• The nominee must meet applicable eligibility requirements and cannot be a minor.
• The company must have a registered office in India.
• The proposed name and business activities must comply with MCA requirements.

• OPC incorporation is completed through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), not the Registrar of Firms.
• Government fees, state stamp duty, DSC charges and DocZee service charges are separate unless expressly included in the quotation.
• GST registration, trademark registration and other licences may require separate applications and fees.
• An OPC must comply with applicable annual filing, accounting and tax requirements after incorporation.
• Conversion to another company type is subject to applicable legal requirements and MCA procedures.
