Normal Ownership Transfer
Benefits:

Eligibility:

• Valid RC of the two-wheeler

• Buyer and seller ID proof and address proof

• Valid insurance and Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate

Ownership Transfer with Address Change

• Updates ownership and address in a single process

• Ensures RC carries new owner’s current address

Eligibility:

• Proof of new address such as Aadhaar, rental agreement, or utility bill
